“Lovely place to stay, beautifully decorated. Very clean, a lovely lounge and breakfast room. Our room was a standard room, quality finish and comfortable bed. Our room was a little small but was fine for 2 nights, I'd book a bigger room for longer stays. Breakfast was good, although it would be nice to be offered more tea or coffee , toast etc naturally, it wasn't a problem to ask. “The bed in room 8 was very spongy. So much so that it was difficult to turn over without bouncing out of the bed! Poor night's sleep. Amenities...bathroom with the toilet so close to the basin you can rest your chin on it! Plenty of room to adjust! Poor value for money.”

“The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the tv remote control had been broken by the previous guests, so we were unable to watch tv. The owner told us she had ordered a new one and it arrived on the Saturday afternoon. She brought it up to our room straight away and ensured it was all working. We visited New Brighton and Port Sunlight Hotel room was a great size, bed was comfortable Bedding was lovely. Bathroom was great Good shower nice and hot Brekkie was great too Lovely stay!
