โWe had a great stay at The Restoration. The convenient location made it perfect for walking to the shops, restaurants, and historical landmarks. We loved the breakfast baskets provided each morning. The rooftop restaurant was top notch. The room was spacious and had all the amenities. Matthew was a top notch host and provide excellent suggestions for our stay. โThis is the second time staying here and this is a nice charming hotel just north of the hustle of the French Quarter. My only complaint was the a/c in 301 did not appear to cool to the desired temp. Great breakfast .I will stay againโ
โThe entire place is my favorite and there are a lot of choices in Charleston. Probably the most comfortable beds and pillows. Also, the finishes are just gorgeous. The hotel always smells incredible too and very clean. My only area of improvement, I wish they'd remember me. I've stayed there a dozen times and they always ask, "Is it your first time with us?" It would be nice to have some sort of reward program.โ

โa nice hotel, but the breakfast was quite disappointing..a paper box with a sugary muffin, a sour fruit cup, and a tiny cup of orange juice. not thoughtful or satisfying.
To make matters worse, getting this breakfast required scanning a QR code, visiting a third party website, and entering my personal information just to make a reservation. Honestly, it might have been better not to offer anything at all.
No one would expect to go through this much trouble just to get such a mediocre breakfast...
โLove this property. Rooftop bar/restaurant is amazing. Only complaint is no key was needed to access the elevator, which posed safety concerns. However, the staff was amazing and extremely responsive and pleasant. โ
