It was disappointing experience. I walked two third floor because three cards could not open the door of the first room 333, I asked for my money back to leave, they do not want to do it. At the same time another guest was complaining for the same problem. The manager offered me a room 307, with a card. I asked her: The card work, She said yes, I stay, but still the nightmare: the bathroom Fawcett was leaking, no bulb at the lamp, I slept over the bed because there was women hairs inside the bed, I did not shower because women hairs inside the shower. The do not clean. I did not take a risk.

The place looked good from outside, but It was a little messy on the hallways and it smelled terrible. The rooms were ok, just a little old. The office was only open 7 to 11. So I was just asked in the office to leave my key in my room (I had to head to the airport at 5:00 am). I hope they give me back my $100 deposit.

This place is absolute trash. Seriously, piles of garbage and filth along the halls. Rats running around. The laundry room is always closed and going to be fixed soon. Elevator always out of order. Want a room change because of damage or disrepair in the room they put you in? Forget it. Need anything like towels, soap? You have to get it from the front desk during business hours. If your looking for a great spot to smoke speed and skrew a hooker this is it. Bring your bubble and some cash and get ready to... probably get ripped off by some scamming hoe.

To keep this short and sweet or maybe not so sweet. The building itself was deteriorating and in really bad condition. The room looks like it may have been quickly wiped down. And I say that they must have run through as in quickly the bed. I was afraid to sleep on, never removing the covers. Thank god I had my own pillow which I also left there not to bring home with me. The first night of arrival they were closed. Once my flight transferred me in. So I had to sleep outside until they reopened at seven am. Definitely not my first choice for my next trip. I'll spend the extra dollars

This property was HORRIBLE. The customer service was horrible entirely, when I arrived for check in. The clerks were arguing back and forth with a guest and cursing along with them. I got ONE towel and ONE roll of toilet paper for 3 people for a 3 night stay.. I asked for more and got one more towel. There was a pile of trash in front of my door that wasn’t picked up until the second day we requested it. During our stay someone’s room was given to someone else or the keys were misplaced we heard a guest screaming that someone was in her room. It was overall so bad I will never be staying again. The clerks seem like they hate their own lives and don’t feel like helping you.

The property gave off an aroma of eude du Toilet, Dumpster, and cigarette smoke. The door to my room was open before I arrived, and the frame to the door bent with the handles and locks hanging by a screw. The bathroom ceiling had mold, there was one towel present in the bathroom, the size of a hand towel. The dresser drawers wouldn’t close, rolled and hung wide open. The smoke alarm was beeping nonstop, and the front desk clerk gave me a battery to replace myself, even though there was a plastic cage surrounding the alarm with a giant sign stating tampering with fire alarms is a felony. There was nothing in the room that could move to get me high enough to remove the cage and replace the battery. I didn’t even try to check the bed for bedbugs, which I wouldn’t be surprised if that or mold was present.

Be aware travelers, This place is so disgusting, very unsafe! The property itself smelled off urine with trash everywhere!! The elevators are broken and we carried our luggage 3 flights!! The rooms window had a hole in it, Like a hole in the window!! The room was so nasty and run down I grabbed my things immediately and left!! I paid a little under $300 for 3 nights and I was denied any part of my money back. Had to go someplace else!! By the way if you are traveling but plan on arriving after 11pm they will not check you in!! I arrived at 2am and was denied check in so I had to get a separate room for the first night an extra $100!!

Property is good but the lobby is ONLY OPEN TO 11PM. We missed a whole night because our flight was delayed and we couldn’t check in till the following morning. Also requires a deposit before checking in.

The place was terrible, ghetto neighborhood. The water of the W.C doesn’t flush. Super dirty the sheets on the bed and I found hair in the sink from somebody who was shaving maybe the last guest of the room. Never come back, never recommended.

Very sad very bad customer service was made to clean our own room and was told we would have some kind of compensation for how dirty it was and nothing we waited to speak to the manager she had said the manager would be in the next day the whole time she was the manager

I had a horrible time here as I am a person that is blind I arrived to the location and was immediately checked into a foul smelling room with unmade bed. They refused to help me and told me to go elsewhere. My next experience was during a weekday they had 0 staff to help me re register a door card and left me outside from 10:30 pm till 10am following morning and gave me no refund they gave me incorrect; info to contact corporate and were so unhelpful. If you are unawhere of how it feels to be a blind person as an adult with this awful service it’s equal to felling stuck in your linen. Closet with it falling in on you. No sympathy no help I was humiliated and I felt if I had to ever spend another day like that I would rather no longer live. My worst experience to date. I have stayed in 3rd world countries with better service.

The rooms are not cleaned, our room didn’t have towels at all, the only good thing was the young man that help us out at the front office he was nice and told us the truth about the room. I don’t recommend at all.

I went to get a room the person behind the counter has someone hanging out in lobby & didn’t seem like he wanted to be working. Then walking out a customer said all his stuff was stolen out of his room & then looking for my room because he didn’t tell me anything I watched 4 drug deals & homeless sleeping everywhere & 2 guys breaking into rooms so I didn’t stay. I have a 16yr old with me and it wasn’t safe for us to be there

Possible the worst room ever
There was no T.V. in the room, just a wire hanging out of the wall. The air unit was held together with duct tape and never did heat up the room. One of the worst rooms ive ever stayed in.

Do you really want to know how terrible this location is? I'll tell you. I had a busted phone, and broken ac unit. There were holes in the wall, the toilet leaked and the baseboard in the bathroom has pulled away from the wall. Under the sink in the kitchenette was warped. That's just inside. The stairwell smelled like urine and drugs. The rail was torn off the wall and trash thrown all over the stairs and landings. I have pictures and do plan to post them online in every forum that I can. Not to mention the fact that I had to extend my stay. I swiped my card on the third, and I expect that money to come out on the 3rd and not the 9th or 10th. It feels like they're trying to make their guests accounts go into the negative. Then, the young lady at the front desk, as well as the company's guest services representative was rude(which I'm glad that you record for "training purposes"), when I tried to find out why the money wasn't pulled from my account! I will never use this drug-infested, over-priced trashcan of a hotel again, and make sure that anyone I can reach, will never use it, too. I am disgusted! Please, do not advertise them on your site. This hotel is not worth your name being on the line for.
