"This hotel has certain rules that travelers should be aware of before booking. 1. Hotel only issues one room card for each room. When guests leave with the room card, power to all appliances including refrigerator is cut off. Yes, all frozen items will melt if there is any. 2. Guests are not supposed to wear shoes in the room while the floor does not look clean. The room will only be cleaned if requested. 3. There are only two wall hooks and two hangers for two bathrobes in the whole room. There is no closet or rack to hang clothes. And there is no drawer pr luggage stand. Interestingly, there is another rule that no “heavy bags” are allowed on the table. So, you can use the two chairs as make shift luggage stand. The other option is the floor. 4. The bathroom sliding door has a top track but the bottom is only kept in place with a door stop. The door cannot be opened from inside as it needs to be positioned at a tight space between the wall and the door stop to be opened. Make sure you have someone open the door after you finish using the bathroom. 5. Check in time is 6pm. 6. No outside food is allowed at the dinning areas of the lobby even though the hotel does not have a restaurant. If guests use the two chairs in their room as make shift luggage stand, they can only eat snacks or food while standing in their room.
The stay in this hotel has been challenging. I hope I do not see these rules again in other hotels for rest of my trip in Korea."
