“It was really awful experience. This hotel mustn't operate with this terrible room condition. When I opened the door to enter the room, I saw roaches. When I opened the fridge, I saw roaches. When I opened the restroom, I saw roaches. I wondered how come this hotel still operate. Hope to be improved.”
“Lovely hotel. I liked the amenities. The rooms were clean and smelled nice. It was a convenient location and super quiet too! Super charming!
If I had to say anything negative; some of the staff was kind of dry, and if you have large luggage it can be a bit of a struggle if you are on the second or third floor (due to there being no elevators). BUT it’s understandable that they don’t have an elevator.
I enjoyed my stay here, regardless, I would recommend and would book again!”
“Loved the layout of the spacious suite. The kingsize bed is very confortable. A nice feature is they offer free breakfast. Several improvements/ upgrades need to be made, especially to the bathroom. No waste basket in the bathroom, and the exhaust fan is extremely loud. The tub could use a deep clean with comet. The bathroom tile needs deep cleaning of the grout, it waa filthy. Dirty corners on the floor.”
