Over all I would give it a 3/5. The room was beautiful, clean (shower could use a scrub & loose/broken tiles on bathroom floor) but it got the job done. The staff were friendly and informative. The pool was not enjoyable as the water was ice cold. The breakfast had plenty of options, yogurt with add ins, waffles, biscuits & gravy, bagels, cereal, fresh fruits, eggs, and sausage. But to MY taste buds it was a 0/5 on flavor. I found that less important to me as I don't mind grabbing something on the go. My biggest complaint was we got a knock on our door at 8:05am asking if we planned to check out. No, that's not necessarily early but we were enjoying our morning slowly with no time line of the day & had small children with us still in bed. Check out said before noon & breakfast goes until 9:30 or 10. I was confused why we were bothered so early.

Picture of room I reserved and paid for was not room they had for me. Was told “booked with third party so technically third party was supposed to change the room”. Manager did change the room. Family/Dog Friendly

Very friendly staff and nice big clean rooms. We are traveling with two young kids and a large dog. We were all very comfortable and happy as this hotel. We already booked our stay there on our trip home. It is an older hotel but again clean rooms. Also, since older I believe it helped with noise. Never heard anyone else the whole time.

Positives - staff was nice and room was actually clean Negatives that outweigh significantly - I needed a room with a 24 hour pool and even called should of time to make sure pool room was open but pool was freezing and hottub was just warm none of the kids that stayed from other rooms swam either we were very disappointed, i also chose a room with a fireplace and couldn’t use it at all the knob was broken and i guess maintenance doesn’t operate on the weekends, our showers were also lukewarm which was frustrating as the pool was already freezing maybe the water heater went out? unsure but the only reason this got any stars at all was because the staff that was there were at least nice and tried to be helpful as this stuff isn’t able to be fixed by regular staff

One of the nicest places my wife and i have ever stayed so far as hotels go! Very spacious suite with full sized refrigerator, microvave, toaster, coffee maker, stove top, pots and pans, silverware, cups and plates, and even a disher and a fireplace in the room. The pool, hottub, weight room, and laundry room are open 24/7. (Laundry is not even coin operated.) The breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. The parking lot is s bit congested is the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars for it. Over all I would highly recommend this hotel. Well worthe the money!! And over all 5 *****!!
