905-Gorgeous full gulf view. Clean. Pretty laid back travelers but everything we needed. 9 yr old first time to the ocean and he had a blast. Beach chairs and umbrellas great- didn’t bother us to set up off to the side. Pools and hot tubs set up was great. Could be in sun or shade. Beach access great. Basic toiletries in bathrooms. Tiki bar and cafe were fun.

The condo was spotless with a beautiful beachfront, unobstructed view. The unit was well-stocked and we enjoyed the welcome snacks and water. The owner/manager was gracious and texted to check that everything was suitable. Front desk staff were polite. Parking was good. The only drawback was the mattress in the bedroom. A better quality mattress and pillows would be more comfortable. Otherwise the accommodations were superb. We plan on returning sometime.

Great Place

This was our first visit at Pelican Beach Resort. It was definitely a really good experience for me and my wife. We came to celebrate our anniversary and decided we needed to bring our children next time as well. The room was nice and clean and everyone qas friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone no matter what the occasion.

Very responsive communication. Condo was really clean and comfortable. Everything you need is provided. The balcony was big and nice place to sit and look at the ocean. Easy check in and check out process.

The beach was so easily accessible and there are 3 pools on the property. The grills are right there too!! The white sand beach is SUPREME!!! The unit was great and VERY CLEAN!!!!

We stayed in 302 and it was an amazing room clean had everything you could imagine and more if you have kids I suggest renting chairs and umbrella in front row they go quick
