The location was great. They need to update that there is still construction going on. The main issue I had was the place was not really that clean mainly the bathroom. The shower curtain was nasty and dirty and the tub had mold. I took pictures but there is no where to upload on here. There are instructions to access cable on the main TV but it didn’t work and very difficult to navigate using the TV. They need one remote not a bunch it’s way too easy to get a universal remote. The TV in the bedroom worked fine but it is so small and who wants to watch a football game on a tiny old TV.

I really liked how the property was centrally located to literally everything. Even though the property itself was under construction, it did not impede any of our activities. All of the construction workers were very polite and would let guests on the elevators to get in and out. I would definitely recommend staying here.

It was a wonderful accommodation with a great view of Destin Beach. The bedding was clean and there were plenty of towels. The air conditioning was also powerful, allowing me to relax in a comfortable temperature.

The condo was very dirty, in all areas but particularly disgusted by the bathroom and shower curtain. We ended up buying a $3 shower curtain because it was that bad and moldy? The bathroom light went on and off randomly. The carpet was very dirty and condo was overall dusty. Needs a deep clean. However we did not spend much time in the room and found the beach access to be wonderful. We enjoyed the shop in the building with convenient buys and fairly priced items. Overall it was an enjoyable trip if beach time is what you are after. This is not a place for relaxation in the condo.

The lobby is clean and staff is nice. The room needs renovations. Tub doesn't drain fast enough while taking a shower and the toilets flushes slow. There is mildew on the shower walls and shower curtain. The toilet paper holder is broken and the couch is in need of major repair or a new one. Room is outdated. Nice view though

Room was ok. Saw several bugs in room. Couch was stained. Could use a few updates in room. Bed was real comfy! They are working on building. Staff was very nice and helpful! Great location to the beach but difficult to get out of parking lot because of traffic.

Unit was nice. Kitchen was very functional, a good variety of small appliances. Nice newer stove and fridge - ice maker was a PLUS!! If you like a "softer" mattress - then you'll like the bed. The sofa/bed in the living room needs attention. If its "new" it was a cheap purchase, and if its "old" it needs to be replaced. You only need to sit on it once to know what im taking about.

We’ve been to Destin several times, this was the best property we have visited. It was clean, safe and kid friendly. The front staff was more than helpful, the pool was clean and it was steps away from the beach. We will absolutely visit this property again.

We had a great time! The condo was clean and in a great location! The pool was closed and that was kind of a bummer, but it didn’t really make that much difference. The staff was very nice and the beach was very clean and not too crowded.

We loved this property! It's unique because it has more of a hotel feel than a condo feel. The lobby is clean, the staff is friendly, and they have a restaurant and convenience store on the first floor. We'll definitely be back!

The property is in a great location. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. There is easy access to the beach. The gym is small but clean. It has a cute little gift shop where you can find snacks. Our room in particular was a little dated but very clean. Our porch had very cheap tiles laid down that were a little sketchy. Unfortunately the property was under renovation while we were here which we were not aware of until after booking. We did deal with some noice from that and seeing the place looking like a construction zone. I would recommend though for the price.
