"As a former, now retired, resort manager, I spent a lovely 8 day getaway at the hotel over the recent holiday season. I was completely impressed with the hotel facilities and thoroughly enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast but it was the staff that made my stay a truly fantastic one, because if the staff feels like 'family', the hotel feels like 'home'. In the lobby I'd like to give a special shout-out of thanks to Dana, Berna, Margaret, Gloria and the ever helpful Gul; in the breakfast restaurant a nod of appreciation to Marie and the ever lovely Letticia; up in Rays bar Emmerich was an amazing manager with Franklin keeping the guests smiling and cleaning my room I give a fond nod to Mohammed and San San who kept my sweet suite sparkling. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to make a return visit- thank you all again and best wishes to the whole staff for a healthy and happy 2026! Mr. Klaus. "Food was fresh but service was not what I expected from a hotel of this caliber. Each time we went, we had trouble finding a server. Additionally, we could not get coffee within a reasonable time. Each time, we had to wait until we finished not only the buffet food but also the made to order items off the menu before our coffees arrived. Usually we waited quite some time after finishing our food. Everything else about the hotel was excellent - the breakfast was just a let down. "

"Clean room, great service. I had to checked out at 12 but had to be at the airport at 10pm, I was able to use their Beach Club the whole day, they had very clean showers with all you need to get ready after a relaxing day and get to the airport after. I'm staying here again when I'm back."

"Always love staying at this hotel, with the direct views of the circuit. Rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. We ate at the Greek restaurant and the food and service was superb - some of the best food we have had in Abu Dhabi and Dubai - so would definitely recommend."
