“On 27th September 2024, I booked a stay at Hôtel Les Demoiselle through Hotels.com, only to find that the hotel was closed upon my arrival. This left me distressed and without a place to stay. Clearly, I did not receive the service I paid for as the hotel was CLOSED. So I contacted Hotels.com and Hotel Les Demoiselle for a refund but the hotel have refused to give me refund, they have also offered no justification for this. “Quirky accommodation, in a laid back, quiet site, yet right by the town. Free entertainment such as petanque boules, bicycles, and other games. very friendly and helpful team on site. Only stayed for one night, but it was a lovely break.”
