“A very relaxing and nice place to stay. The room and bathroom were spotless and the staff were all very professional and friendly. I have to make a special mention of Lizzie (the receptionist) who made an extra special effort to return some lost property to me. ”

“Our budget room was small and dated but adequate. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but this was made up for by the quality of food in the restaurant and overall ambiance of the property and its superb location. I have stayed in a deluxe suite before, which I would have preferred but the hotel was full. Highly recommended ”

“I booked for a night and was then sent an email saying that the bar and restaurant were closed, when I tried to cancel I was told it was non refundable and that they didn’t advertise the bar.”

“Rooms and public areas in good condition . Hotel in good location for Bedford. Only comment is that the outside of the building and steps in don’t make the place look appealing . ”
