“There was nothing to dislike about the hotel ! For us it was absolutely amazing, perfect , The whole experience was absolutely great ! Big thank you to Geri and all his amazing staff for making my Daughter Lisa and our lovely friend who met us at the hotel soo very welcome ”

“Fantastic hotel, great facilities pity about event planning, not well organised, poor communication, staff and kitchen were at logger heads and were unable to deliver the menu agreed. Service was terrible or excellent depending on who was in charge on the day. ”

“Quick and easy check in, was given a room overlooking the park and it was lovely, room was comfortable, bed was huge, lovely shower and towels, bottle of water provided in room. Only negative for us was that there was no fridge. ”

“Good base for the week. Did have a couple of times people trying to get in as they thought it was part of the raptor foundation so had to have the door locked all the time. Walls are very thin so could hear the people next door snoring all night. There is a sign up in the bath room saying after 5days you get fresh linen and towels but this didnt happen, i stayed for 7nights. It would of been nice for the bin to of been emptied in that time as its a tiny bin. Room was nice and big, same with the...

“많이 이른 시간 도착한 우리를 정말 반갑게 맞아주었다.. 시원한 정원 테이블에서 따뜻한 차를 대접해주고 바응 치워 체크인 할 수 있도록 바로 배려해주었다. 룸은 너무나도 깨끗했고 바닥이 마루라서 알러지 걱정도 없었으며 먼지하나 돌아다니지 않았다.. 역에서 3분거리.. 나는 이곳을 정말 사랑한다”
