From the moment we stepped on property we had the feeling that we had found a special place in the jungle. The whole place was amazing! The cabins were bare bones but clean and cute. We had a porch in the back right by the rainforest, but wished there had been comfy chairs to sit on instead of a small, hard bench. The bathrooms were clean with some interesting insect life to observe while sitting there. Showers were hot and good pressure. The Toucan Cafe up front was superb - we ate every meal there. This is an amazing Resort. Being our 4th trip to Belize, we have stayed at different places each time and this was our favorite so far. Amazing room and friendly staff! The only downside is, the lack of cart parking. I would recommend having staff park their scooters/motorcycles in a staff only parking area and leave the cart parking area for the guests.

Everything about the hotel was beautiful, there were plenty of restaurants, the staff was amazing, when I would post on my social media, everyone asked where I was at because it looked so pretty. We will definitely be back.

I had an amazing time on my birthday solo trip here! I went in the middle of the week (August 20) so not many people but the staff was still very present and accommodating ! One of the nicest resorts we have ever stayed at. Staff very helpful/courteous. Golf cart rental is fun but pricey. Snorkeling at Hol Chan and Sting Ray Alley are tops. Wish bike rentals were right at resort. Food is very expensive.

I have been to San Pedro several times and stayed in several different areas/hotels. Caye Casa exceeded all expectations that I had. Great location, wonderful staff and beautiful clean rooms on the beach. I can't wait for a return visit!

Portofino was an amazing resort that was secluded but not desolate. The vibe is great, the staff is all very good at their jobs. Had a great time. The staff at this hotel is really wonderful. It is a very pretty hotel set on a great beach. it is a quite town but close to lots of attractions. Water was great.

Very clean & well maintained. The staff was very helpful & cheerful. The restaraunt was very good. (every bit as good as some more expensive places) Also the food & drink prices were quite reasonable. The location is within easy walking distance of most activities as well as just exploring the town. On San Pedro I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Lotta fun & good vibes & an excellent value!

My husband and I were very happy to have picked this hotel, we have traveled a lot and the friendliness of the staff at Maruba is unsurpassed..Melonie is the best at making sure you get the best activities planned for you, Gloria and Janeele were our waitresses and were very attentive and friendly. This is place is a bit outside of the city, but totally worth it. It's very clean and relaxing and the breakfast is quite good. No stale donuts or questionable pancake batter here. They were really good about making arranging transport for us and making sure we were comfortable. Also, the staff is super friendly, especially the drivers and front desk staff. Overall, a very great experience!
