“Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff in the old town of Bergamo. Rooms good size with good wi-fi, bathroom was quite small but usable. Note there are no lifts and the rooms are on upper floors above the restaurant but the staff helped us with our luggage without even being asked. There was no air conditioning in the room if you go during a hot period but the ceiling fan was more than adequate for our needs.”

“Oh how we loved this hotel. The location was perfect, and the staff so kind and professional! Our room was simply delightful. Sooo much space, and many extra details. The breakfast was delicious too! ”

“Great Staff; friendly and efficient. Great Breakfast with a tasty selection of Italian cold cuts and pastry, freshly made scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, etc. Great coffee machine. Only drawback while the facilities are very nice and well maintained, there isn't much going on outside within walking distance. You need a car to get to shopping and restaurants. The Hotel / Residence doesn't offer any dining facilities. The rooms however are equipped with Microwave and Refrigerator. ”

“This really was a most magical place to visit, the peace and calm of the area was just what I needed after hectic working weeks! I wish I had stayed longer to enjoy more of the spa, the village is hard to get to, and very small but the hotel makes up for that. The night we stayed there was a lightning storm and the hotel came to collect us from the local pizza restaurant which was so kind! A lovely places with lovely staff, cannot recommend highly enough! ”
