“lovely hotel good location, shame expedia confirmation did not state that breakfast was included as it was but was not mentioned on the booking email. ”

“I went for business trip. So I didn't experienced the Casino and around of the Hotel. I think this hotel is good at for short travel. The room is clean, bathroom is convient for shower. Free Wifi can be used for 2 computer/room. However the eating included in dinner and breakfast in the hotel is normal.”

“It was very good value. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and wasn't "in your face" I thought the bedroom was good for its' size. The shower pressure was powerful and the room was warm. I didn't use the body/hair gel as I normally bring my own. HQ Bar is a very lovely reasonable priced stay ”

“Had a truly lovely stay at the Trevelyan in Douglas - received a lovely welcome from Delia upon arrival; had a promenade / beachfront view from my 3rd floor room. Comfortable bed. No problems at all with the shared bathroom facilities either. What I would suggest though, is for basic tea/coffee facilities being provided to guests - either directly in their rooms, or at a central location (for example, in the common area on the ground floor). Thank very much once again !”

“The room was clean, however the sink was badly cracked and needed replacing. The furnishings in the room were fit for purpose, albeit very dated. I also found the room to be quite noisy - being able to hear showers running, toilets flushing etc from nearby rooms, early morning and during the night. I had a room at the back of the hotel and only had a view of other buildings. However, the rooms at the front including the sitting area, bar and restaurant had great views over the bay. The staff...

“A great sized room with all we needed. All areas were clean, staff were all lovely and very friendly. Great atmosphere in the bar area, comfortable and good range of food choices which were all very tasty. We didn’t use the breakfast room but it looked nice with plenty of tables available.We would recommend to others and would definitely stay here again.”

“The property is in a great location with easy access by public transport from the airport. The staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was excellent and the free bottled water a bonus. A couple of gripes though the ensuite was very small and needs some TLC the tiles and shower need replacing and the toilet brush was not clean. Also we were only give one key this meant we had stopped stay together all the time. We also managed to lock ourselves out and had to wait nearly 2 hours fro staff...
