"Everybody was very friendly (manager was very often at the reception and helped the guests). Our room was nearby the second pool - nothing fancy but a lot of space incl. a veranda - everything was clean (daily cleaning). "The hotel is very nice and in a beautiful area. Carpets and rooms smell a little like cigarettes and it is not well staffed for a hotel of this caliber — ie nobody at front desk, nobody answers phone, take your own luggage, grouchy towel ladies, etc. if you’re okay with that, which I was, this place was great."
