“friendly staff, justo the TV reception is terrible and the comms from the hotel is not very clear, when I went out they asked me to leave my card key but no mention on the booking although I refused and they let me keep it but I think it should be clear on the booking, i rented the room therefore I'm entitled to keep my key for my entire stay otherwise staff are friendly”

The property is beautiful and the concept is like you're in Hawaii, but the owner needs to spend a little money in maintaining the property aesthetics, such as fixing some loose tiles on the pool and the dining area, caulking the edges of the wall in the rooms and tighten some loose power outlets. “Although not apparent from the pictures, the hostel is actually a former home converted to a hotel. Not all rooms have private bathrooms. Food a restaurant on the premises was quite good. Staff were very helpful.”

“i booked in hotels.com but when we were about to check in they cant see our booking. 1 of our booking was seen in expedia.com. i showed them the confirmation receipts, bank details of payment and they gave us a room. staffs are accommodating”
