“가격대비 만족도는 떨어짐.카메룬이 인프라에 비하여 호텔비용이 많이 비쌈.이 호텔은 일부는 리모델했는지 층마다 방 상태가 조금씩 다름.서비스는 없다고 생각하면됨.”

“A few mishaps with the booking and misunderstanding on what was included/advertised at booking online, and what the hotel interpretation was. Also both bookings I was informed by the hotel that they could not be honoured as they were overbooked. This was resolved later, with thanks, after some stress.”

“아프리카에 소재한 호텔이라는 점을 감안 하더라도 지불된 숙박료에 비하면 아주 부족한 호텔입니다. 제가 묵었던 방은 샤워실 배수구가 원활치 못해서 샤워하는데 물이 발목까지 차 오르는 황당함이랄지, 카펫청소상태가 불결하여 맨발로 카펫 딛기가 꺼려집니다 ... 그보다 더한 건 프론트 직원들의 접객태도인테 호텔닷컴으로 예약하고 예약확인 번호등을 출력해 가서 보여 주는데도 자기들 시스템에서 확인되지 않는다는 이유로 서너시간씩 고객을 세워두고 아무런 조치도 하지 않는 채 마냥 기다리게 하는 무성의한 태도는 도무지 봐줄 수 없는 지경입니다. 종합적으로 다시는 가고 싶지 않은 호텔입니다.”
