“The staff were courteous, proactive and very helpful. The quality and standard of the hotel room and other facilities were very high. The room was beautifully decorated and spotless. I also had the opportunity to use the restaurant, bar and gym where i experienced a very high quality of service. I enjoyed the buffet and the breakfast at the restaurant. It is qorth mentioning that the airport shuttle is very handy, makes your arrival and departure experience smooth. The botel also has good views...

“Good location, but low service quality (especially reception). They never answer the msg through Hotels. You have to call them for shuttle and other requests. It is acceptable for Cameroon.”

“Arrived a little antsy but was reassured by the security guards who directed us to valet. The establishment’s esthetics was well done. We were welcomed by a dynamic duo at the reception who quickly and efficiently checked us in. But they took hospitality a notch higher by how they handled our request for a room upgrade and we were all settled in within 15 minutes of arrival. Five star all the way ”
