“The room was very clean. Had all your basic amenities. Everything you’d need to feel comfortable during your stay. The staff is incredibly friendly & welcoming. They were helpful with any questions we had & recommending food & activities in the area. The animals on the property were an added bonus. The bungalows look into the forest and dining pavilion were new, modern, and well equipped. Cindy is also the chef, and serves and excellent breakfast and dinner. “This hotel in nothing more than several rotted out cabins on the hill. The site says a 2 star hotel, it is not a one star by anyone's measure. If you do not have a jeep 4 wheel drive do not attempt to drive down to the hotel. We booked this and went to the hotel. The area was closed, due to volcanic activity, but since we had a reservation the police let us pass. I started down the road, stopped and walked over 800 meters to the lodge. “Very nice high end stay. The property has a lot to offer and the rooms and their views are beautiful. Staff was very helpful, as you’d expect. Great time. ”

“El lugar es muy agradable, muy acogedor, las habitaciones y las camas son cómodas. Hay una piscina al exterior, hay un pequeño estacionamiento al frente. Ofrecen un desayuno de cortesía que consiste en gallopinto, huevos revueltos y pan tostado, fruta, cereal con leche, jugo y café. El personal es muy servicial.
