“Did not expect free kayaks and water toys on the beach - also great location - walk to most restaurants”

“99% of the staff was wonderful and super friendly. The beach and rooms were great and everything worked well. Not the fault of the hotel, but it might be good to have a policy that patrons don’t “reserve” front row beach chairs at 6:30am and never show back up until noon. I’m an early riser and still had trouble finding a front row beach chair. Pool bar was great and loved the live music and fun games. My only suggestion would be to reduce the cost of the floaties and you’d rent more....

“Couldn’t swim in ocean because the water was to dark. Lots of sargassum . Resort was nice, staff were very nice.”

“The Sunshine Hotel and Suites is an excellent choice. The room was updated and clean. The restaurant had a great service and the food was excellent. The staff were friendly and always accommodating. The amenities to the partner hotel was the top of our list. It was a two minute walk to the beach. The amenities offered everything you could ask for. We would highly recommend!”

“Absolutely ridiculous kids paid $400 for jet skis only to be asked to come back in in five minutes because a storm and we did not get refunded Found a piece of hair at seven restaurant and our bill was $550. They did not offer any credit. Room keys, take over 2 to 5 minutes to work Security will stand in front of your room with their ear on your door and even speak to minor children as opposed to asking for an adult”

“Magnifique endroit avec piscine à deux pas de la mer. Les unités sont propres et bien insonorisées. Les unités sont très bien équipées au niveau de la cuisine. Parasol, chaises de plage (4) disponibles et même un kayak . La plage sur le site est belle. Au niveau de l’eau, c’est un mélange de roches et de sable. Les souliers d’eau sont obligatoires. Donc peu propice à une longue baignade. Levers de soleil magnifiques . Nid de tortue sur la plage! Facilement accessible depuis l’aéroport...
