"The hotel lobby was in nice condition but upon seeing the room, we would’ve cancelled if possible. There are holes in the wall, stains on the sheets and the bathroom tiles were dirty. Would not recommend. "

"Genuinely horrible experience. We used the get directions link on the app. Took us to the middle of the Jakarta slums with roads barely big enough for our taxi. Tried communicating with the hotel through the app, what’s app, and the number they provided for contact, no response.
