“It"s an ancient hotel, in the Corsican forest of Vizzavona. It's not luxurious but chilled enough to escape the heat on the coast. The surroundings are wonderful, especially the river. The restaurant is very good and the staff is efficient and polite.”

We were also under the assumption that the bar or restaurant would be open but, to be fair, we never checked and it was early in the season. The lodge was clean and comfortable. “Die Anlage hat uns gefallen. Auch das Apartment war groß genug für uns 5 mit Hund. Die Poolanlage war schön. Das einige was wie bemängeln können ist, dass es im Apartment in der Dusche keinen Duschforhang gab. Somit war das kleine Bad immer nach dem Duschen sehr nass! Da sollte man nachrüsten. Und die Herdplatten, zwei eher kleine und sehr nah aneinander liegend. Somit konnte man diese nicht beide gleichzeitig nutzen sondern nur eine. Das hat die Zubereitungen etwas in die länge gezogen!
