Staff had no empathy for a person and his dog on a road trip and refused to refund money for ONE night, I even paid for the one night that I did stay. “First night took 20 min to check in because no staff at the front.?! The next morning I asked a staff if I could purchase tooth paste. He gave me some packets for free, that was nice. Nicest part of the whole trip!
Second night: Rude staff. They changed my keys n said I didn’t pay for my second night even tho I booked thru EXPEDIA! I had to pay an additional night because they wouldn’t even look at my hotel booking. This was at 1-2am, because again no staff at the front!!! I played softball...
