“I Booked this and it was a last minute booking I did not realise the deposit after my money was taken for the night booking I offered to pay and it was declined causing myself and my son who were already on way from Scotland to have no accommodation asked for help was clearly told no and no to paying as late now. I then had top pay another property at a much higher rate. ”

“This property deceived me like a fraud! I'm a international traveller and I only have credit card. Just 5 minutes later after I booked the apartment with a 100USD payment, the property asked me to transfer the deposit via bank account with a debit card, or they won't send me the instruction to enter the property. I tried to talk this over, but got denied. The funny thing was no such information on only accept debit card for deposit showed on their home page, while they even posted they accept...

“The apartment was immaculate with all the equipment needed for our stay. It was set in a quiet seren location with great areas for the children (swimming pool, crazy golf, tennis, table tennis & play park). Would definitely visit again. ”

“Walking distance from World Resort Arena and Birmingham International train station. Super convinient if yiu are attending a concert or event nerby. Price is extremely low considering for the area. Ower is super nice and had no problem reaching him to sort out payment issue. Highly recommend 👌 ”
