"This is a very old building, that should be either completely remodeled or torn down. How this hotel gets a high rating for anyone makes no sense. It is a very low budget place on the level of a dirtbag hostel. I would never go back. They don’t even make coffee in the restaurant. It comes to you with a cup of hot water and some instant. I actually left after the first night, even though I had paid for two."

"The room was very dirty The carpet made my feet black there was no hot water only one elevator worked this hotel is falling apart The earthquake put cracks everywhere I was on the 7th floor but I had genuine concerns about the structural integrity of the big building I would never stay here again Go somewhere else"

"Upon arrival for my pre booked and paid for my 5 day 4 night stay, I was informed that the hotel was not taking any clients as the hot water and Wi-Fi were not working and that Expedia had been notified immediately upon receiving notification. At no stage was I notified and had to find alternative accommodation. I now request my payment made to Expedia be refunded."
