“Communication from the staff was very good, let us know elevator was out early in the morning before arrival in case we needed to change hotels. Check in was quick. Room was clean and had a good blackout shade. Emergency exit on the side of the hotel facing highway would not fully secure. Someone had used it instead of the actual exit.
