“Excellent service, beautiful suite, great location,”

“Everything was great except for the electronic key for the elevator which didn't work and the keypad at the door was fickle and very annoying. That's why it's only four stars”

“Muy bonito el lugar , cómodo y espectacular”

“The place is very well located if you want something right by the airport. The suite was below average, very basic (it serves a specific purpose though, that´s clear), but I think the price is relatively high for what it is.”

“My stay started with a snag that was fixed immediately to the point I was more than satisfied. Very nice people. ”

“Apartment has amazing views. Security not so nice to us but the host was great.”

“I had a very pleasant stay at Torre Mar while vacationing with my family on the Galápagos Islands. The premium suite was very spacious and very accommodating for a family of four. We particularly enjoyed having a living room area and kitchen to hang out in during our down time. The bedrooms and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The balcony, as promised, offered a spectacular view of the town and the ocean. We also appreciated that the location of the hotel was in a quieter part of town...

“.”

“It was the worst night of my life There was a lot of noise during the whole night I was not able to get any sleep I was about to leave the hotel at 3am but they were not willing to give me my money back so I stayed that night The worst part was that when I complained multiple times about the situation they did not do anything about it”
