"On the night I stayed the breakfast service was late being fully set up. What was available was good and adequate, though. The bathtub hadn't been cleaned well in some time, though it was usable. And the bottom of the shower/toilet room had been very wet over a long period of time--no mold but the engineered wood was expanded and the paint was peeling off. (How housekeeping staff can miss this for so long--or not report or be expected to report--the condition to the maintenance staff is difficult to understand. When the rest of the property was in very good condition, it's unexpected to find the tub and tub/toilet room door so neglected.) BYOB--Bring Your Own Beer! While they have a reasonably good selected of various beers for sale, USD7.00 per is expensive, unless one is on expenses, of course. ;-) One of the things I really liked was that the person at the check-in desk already had put me in a top-floor room (so no one would be stumbling around upstairs all night!) AND away from the elevators--without me having to ask!!! Top marks for this little thing which means so much to those of who have spent decades of our lives traveling and staying (living) for extended periods in hotels."

"Parking was easy and conventient, staff were all friendly and welcoming. Very centrally located, didn’t even need to pull the car out for most of the trip. Room and common areas were spotless, modern, and comfortable. Plenty of outlets, room coffee, and the mini fridge and microwave made this a seamless stay. Breakfast was delicious and filing with hot options and a great variety. The room was perfect with so much natural light and a view of old town hall! Stayed for work and would stay again, thanks for a relaxing and luxurious place to rest between all the hustle. "

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating, however the room was not the cleanest and the breakfast was bare minimum. If your in a pinch it would be ok to stay at, however for what hotels cost today I wasn't happy paying for the hotel."

"The staff checking in was wonderful. I get to the room, at first I am impressed. I pull out the trundle under the couch, the sheet has stains and cheerios. I pull it the rest of the way out to take the sheet off and there was cheerios and a couple snacks under it. I call the front desk, they come with a new sheet and blankets. Not once did I get an apology or would you like us to clean it. I pull the sheet off and the mattress is stained brown. Then I go to the bathroom look in the tub, that is dirty. I paid decent money for the room. I have gotten cleaner rooms for more than half the amount I paid. I got better service too. The breakfast in the morning was good. There was no oatmeal. I saw a lady and asked her "when you get a minute could you please get some more oatmeal? It is out". I get told well we have had 800 people here this morning for breakfast and the other girl is just sitting in the back. I stood there thinking how is this a me problem? I did not say anything but wow! I will not spend money to stay at a supposedly nice hotel to get all of these problems. I hope this was a bad day and this hotel is not usually like this. Not a good stay at all."

"The hotel is great, breakfast as delicious, front desk staff was super helpful. It's right off a major road, so getting in and out can be a little difficult. Overall, great hotel."
