“The site is undergoing major upgrades and is about to close for a couple of months to allow this to happen. So allowing for that, we had a brilliant time. Understandably some things were not available or restricted, due to the works, but what we had we enjoyed. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, the food and drink was wonderful and the staff were out of this world. They all made our stay. Friendly, helpful, accommodating and entertaining. “Lovely quiet and massive grounds covered in nature and very well kept, the accomodations were lovely and everything whilst on the higher end price wise was worth every penny. Would happily return. Some of the staff really set the hotel apart by being more accomodating than most ”

“Hotel lovely in great surroundings. Room clean but bathroom needed refreshing.(the door). we had dinner in the bar although a little pricey food was excellent and plenty of it. The only down side was the state of the drive with quite a few pot holes could be a problem if unsteady on your feet and not good on the car tyres.”
