“The grounds was clean and nice.”

“We both had a fabulous time. Loved the pool area. The gardens are beautiful- will have to return in the Summer next time. We only ate breakfast there but there was plenty of choice.”

“We booked 2 rooms, due to a late finish at work. Would have been better to return home at 2 am in the morning. Noisy guests on and off until 3am, which you can get at any hotels, but the rooms do not insulate from the noise. I asked if there was a night porter to help manage noisy guests the next morning to be told yes. I asked could they not walk around the buildings to manage nuisance guests. I was told in the night porters defence he may not have heard them, which I highlighted was clearly...

“We did not find the property in great order, bad smell of dogs no plugs in sinks and the bed squeaks so bad it keeps you awake”

“Looking forward to a nice break at a lovely location, the staff were fantastic and friendly, food was great. The drink prices were too high. The room was a let down, it was damp on entering, plenty of dust eveywhere, the noise and vibration from the road quite bad and noise from room floor above.”

“Een karakteristiek gebouw uit de 14de eeuw, erg leuk! Echter de vloerbedekking en stoelbekleding niet echt schoon.Kamer op 2de etage aan de doorgaande straat, dus best veel verkeersgeluiden. Geen airco. geen koelkastje. Leuke pub, maar pas open om 17u en helemaal leeg, dus ongezellig. Goede badkamer. Prima ontbijt. Wel aardig en behulpzaam personeel.”

“I arrived at the property on 30/3/24 at around 3am as I decided not to return to London with the persons I arrived with. I was stranded. Can’t remember the person in receptions name but he was very patient and helpful with me as I tried to payment in which I finally did. Thank you once again for being great at your job Tina”

“Really happy with our choice to stay near the M25. Location very good. Hotel staff welcoming. Bar area very inviting. Rooms had everything we needed and very nicely furnished. Bedding good and the best of all (for me as a complete pillow snob!) these were the best! Breakfast variety very good and the whole area clean and spacious Great stay! ”
