“I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Amber at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. She gave us some great local restaurant recommendations and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Gadsden. I’m hoping to bring my daughter back next year, and this will be my first choice for a place to stay. Highly recommend!”

“The room was really nice and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint was there was a smoking room above us and it was coming through the vents. It stunk up our entire room.”

“Breakfast was very basic”

“We needed a close place to stay and this was just that. There was a little bit of a smell. Not a bad smell. Maybe more like an insence. Air conditioner was great after being outside all day.”

“Amazingly staff and everyone was so so nice and Olivia was so kind the staff in the dinning for bfast and the young lady at check out my dads been sick and they were all amazing!!!”

“The owner, Mr Kamal, let us know that the hotel will be getting renovations soon. The hotel was already good but it will be a GREAT stay soon. Maggie, Aahmaryiah, Mr. Peter, and Chloe were essential staff that made our stay WONDERFUL!! they were very helpful and assisted us when needed. The breakfast is a “full” breakfast and it was presented fresh and tasted great.”

“They have only cold breakfast on weekdays but hot breakfast on the weekend.Room was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Property could use some updates but for price it was an excellent stay! We visited cathedral caverns, unclaimed luggage and Bama Bucks from there - all in all excellent weekend and great stay.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE. WE FOUND BED BUGS IN THE BED. We left shortly after checking in. The desk attendant said he doesn't know how to do refunds and his manager will do the refund when he got back in office. I called and was refused a refund.”

“Nasty. We left and went to another hotel. Gaps in the door, reeked of smoke, blood on the walls, counters not wiped. We reeked of smoke after sitting in there for only 7-8 minutes.”

“The room was disgusting……the sheets had stains the tub/shower was dirty. The towels smelled moldy. The room was supposed to be non smoking, but it smelled like cigarette smoke. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the people in the next room talking…..just talking….it was that bad. I was suppose to stay two nights, but I left after one. I highly recommend not staying here if you are in the area!”
