“first off, hotel is beautifull and in a beautifull location. Only major problem we had was that they checked us into someone elses room by accident so when we arrived we let ourselves into someone elses room . The room was a different room type and had someone elses stuff in it. Cleaner walked in and seemed suprised we were in there. we told reception and they gave us the correct room, they didnt seem to bothered even though to me it seemed like a security issue. I had a trouble using free bike rental service, whose service time is btw 10am-12pm. only two hour. If I checked in the hotel over the noon, I lose my chance to rent a bike. 3. no additional amenity, towel and toilet paper. I spent 4 days, so I had to ask it. But they are not happy with it. 4. so cold at night. no heating system. a tiny heater was given, which cannot cover...

“El hotel bien. Pero se ha de tener en cuenta que no dispone de recepción y el check in / out se hace en otro hotel de la misma cadena y que está cerca. No tiene ascensor. El aire acondicionado bien por el calor pero hace tanto ruido que por la noche tienes que apagarlo. ”
