“チェックインした時から洗面所の混合栓の動きが硬く、女性では開閉できないほどでした。そのうちに突然軽くなり（リンクが外れた）水が止まらなくなりました。 修理（交換）に２時間ほどかかり、その間観光に出かけることもできず、不便でした。 部屋に元栓がなく、修理屋は下階の元栓をしめて鋼管工事を行いました。 古い施設であっても、水回りのチェックは頻繁に行うべきであり運営者の意識向上が望まれます。”

“The hotel is an excellent property! Our suite 2012 was huge, and the bathtub was the largest that we had ever seen in our life! The suite was well kept, very spacious and amenities were really good. The breakfast was outstanding as well, and the staff was helpful. The reason I took off a point is that the hotel is not easily accessible, especially if you have a lot of luggage. It is a huge inconvenience carrying the luggage up and down the pebbled street, so the hotel should pro-actively inform...

“We loved our stay at Chateau Latour Segur and would stay there again. It is a beautiful property with great accommodations. The owner, and her menagerie of pets, made for a truly unique experience and made the stay even more interesting.”

“What a fabulous hotel! We loved the Pavillon - with all its charm and character. The hotel is beautifully furnished and decorated, in a lovely countryside setting with a beautiful view of the valley and vineyards. The breakfast was fantastic - with quiches and fresh breads, croissants, baked apples, fresh juices, jams, yogurts and eggs prepared fresh to your order. David and Nathalie are outstanding hosts and we loved our stay.”

“Very good location I. The center of St. Emilion. Very spacious room and shower. Tea and coffee available I. The common area. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but the host guided us to nearby free parking. She was very helpful in sourcing a taxi and suggesting places to go nearby”

“What a beautiful place to stay! The vineyard is stunning, peaceful, and surrounded by gorgeous scenery. The owners were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They even offered a wine tasting featuring wines produced right on the property, which was a wonderful experience. Breakfast was generous, with plenty of delicious options to start the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone visiting the area.”

“Very environmentally friendly lodging, in an extremely walkable part of St. Emelion. Nath's (owner) mother owns the restaurant across the street. She has some recommended bottles of wine in the room with prices very clearly labeled. It was great to have AC, and a mini fridge. Would highly recommend!”
