“Sadly what started off as a lovely hotel ended up as a disaster. While the hotel is in a great location and has some nice features, on the last morning my friend woke to find her jewelry had been taken from the room. When we brought to attention of staff they didn’t seem fussed, she followed up via email and the response was unhelpful and so the whole experience was ruined. The pieces were not expensive but sentimental and the lack of concern or care for the distress caused was shocking.”
