“El complejo esta muy bien cuidado”

“De lo mejor en Acapulco definitivamente!”

“This is a really nice place to stay in Troncones. The staff is super nice. The food is great and they even made us a whole cake for my husband's birthday.”

“Muy espacioso”

“The staff is amazing, the villas have everything you need, but not all of the villas are on the beach. There are no beach chairs on the beach for you to sit on. The ACs in the rooms work well but in the summer the living area and the bathrooms are super hot. If you open all the doors it helps but it is still a sweat fest.”

“Place feels brand new and very luxury. Angel was very helpful and responsive. Location could not be better. ”

“Everything was exceptional I can't wait to stay there again thank you so much for all you work ”

“This was a terrible place. I don't recommend it at all especially if travelling with minors. The hotel failed to communicate that they were cleaning the pool with chemicals. There was no sign or notice. We took our children for a early swim when all the sudden our kids started coughing. We got out immediately and the children ended up having a horrible reaction to the pool chemicals. We had to call a doctor due to the rashes. It was a terrible experience for us.
