“I have been staying at this hotel for many years as a business traveler. This time around I must say I was very disappointed. The food was HORRIBLE, from the breakfast to lunch to dinner. On one occasion I got STALE rice with my order and was very disheartened it only one example. I think it is due to the new staff that this hotel brought on. I am reconsidering staying at a different hotel on my future trips.”

“Staff helpful but need more training in the ethics of hospitality. I found the music played throughout the resort, morning and evening, extremely loud making it difficult to converse with others. Overall, my stay was pleasant and enjoyable!”
