“The room was clean and adequate and appeared recently removated. Bed was comfortable. Airconditioning, though, did not cool during the night. “The room was comfortable free of pests! The sofa in the room appeared to be stained with blood which made me afraid to even use it! The major issue with property was I requested service from housekeeping 4 different times before it was ever done! Why am I paying to stay in a hotel if they can't even perform basic service requests!”
