“We had superior rooms on the second floor with wonderful views. They were clean and comfortable, though the room service was a little careless. The second floor is accessed via 2 long stair cases. Quite an effort for 2 old codgers with cases. Staff were helpful and polite. This is more like a large pub with rooms, though popular with the locals and always busy, probably due to reasonable prices. All in all ,a good experience. Love Ross.”

“오래된 호텔이나 위치가 해리퍼드 중심에 위치해있으며 바로앞에 Queens arms라는 Bar는 밤새도록 노래가 흘러나온다. 근처에 큰 성당이 두개 있고 주변 레스토랑의 물가도 저렴하다. 호텔방은 넓지만 부대시설은 거의 없다는 단점이 있다.”

“Swimming pool and spa very relaxing. Garden restaurant pleasant, food average. Breakfast wasn’t explained so we didn’t realise you could order eggs. Bacon was rubbery. Melon all gone by 9am. Pastries could have been fresher. Good tea tray in room. Room was larger than expected. ”

“They told me I didn't have a room and told me to go out.They couldn't even find my reservation. The 'hotels.com' said I had no problem at all. It's only a matter of hotel. This hotel doesn't have a conversation. They just told me to leave without any intention of solving my problem. You can be nervous ahead of your trip. Are you sure you should stay here?”

“Reception team seemed really friendly, we wasn’t kept waiting to be booked in and was told if we needed anything just ask, we were handed an information sheet telling us all about the hotel and past history. The room was clean and tidy there was facilities for making tea and coffee, an ironing board and iron. Unfortunately didn’t get much sleep as the bed was very hard. Had a meal in the bar, disappointed on the pizza, very flat and floppy with not much taste, lots of grease left on the plate....

“Extremely disappointed - spa and pool closed due to building work, not clearly stated on Expedia. Specifically booked for these facilities after a very long drive. Hotel needed updating and didn’t feel immaculately clean. Front desk was a mess. Paid £144 for one night in a room that felt like a Premier Inn room with a fridge added. Stains on carpet, no pictures or nice touches apart from robes and slippers. Sofabed looked tired and old. Cooked breakfast was good but continental had only mandarin...

“Lovely period gastopub right on the river Lugg. Lovely light and fresh accommodation. Food all delicious with a great selection. Their eco wellness spa facilities was a real treat to hire as well, a gorgeous spot to relax in. My wife loved her massage with Charlene as well. Definitely recommend”

“For what you pay, this is an excellent place to stay when visiting Hereford, but it is really a room only property. It is situated a couple of miles outside Hereford, in a quiet countryside setting, so is nice to unwind at. There is a continental breakfast available for only £5, but this could not be booked through the Expedia site. There is a communal kitchen and dining room, so you can either make something yourself, or order in a deliveroo. The room was a good size, clean and functional, with...
