“Extremely professional and friendly staff, beautiful scenery however our bedroom had a spiders nest in the corner. Management did however resolve this issue and upgraded us which was lovely. Breakfast is delicious especially the strawberry jam definitely must try! ”

The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. 2 rooms were allocated to us opposite each other which was convenient for a family.

“We found out quite late we have no hot water. We called the staff who said they'll see what can be done and call us right back. They never called.
I the morning, when we asked again for the water to be repaired, they tried a few things and said they should be OK in about 10 minutes. We waited 30. Nothing happened, so we gave up.
Also, the closet door was missing a screw and the door came apart. ”
