We booked two rooms for a special occasion - we were allocated the Anne Boleyn and our daughter’s had the Audley rooms, both overlooking St Mary’s Church where we got married. Everything was just perfect! My husband and I enjoyed every minute celebrating his milestone birthday. The hotel exceeded our expectations. When we arrived, we were happy to hear that we got a free upgrade to a castle suite. We stayed in Catherine Howard room which was huge, had a four poster bed and a rolled bath. There were lots of complimentary things such as sloe gin, all sorts of teas and coffees, cosmetics in the bathroom, room slippers. The gardens were pretty and well maintained. Great to see a working water fountain too. The breakfast was delicious and all the staff were very attentive.
