"Great location, 5 minute walk from Ikebukuro Station (2nd largest station in Tokyo). Quiet, could not hear neighbours or outside traffic (we were on the 13th floor). Air conditioning was awesome. Washer & Dryer available though it did get busy later in the evening and you would have to wait but there is a laundromat 2 minute walk from the hotel. The staff were very courteous and one of them was so helpful explaining how to navigate the subway station. Room was tight for 3 people but that's Tokyo."

"Close to the station. Breakfast is served until 10am so you can relax. The buffet is very delicious. There are no steps in the bathroom. Quiet. The only view from the window was the building in front of me. It was a bit difficult for a 4-day stay."

"this hotel is the perfect location if you have bad weather and don't want to go outside. it is connected to a mall and you can shop and eat without going outside. it is so convenient that you can also do whatever you want and go back to rest and start all over again. the airport shuttle is also available right outside the door. everything is walkable and many many things to do i and eat inside and outdoors as well "

The apartment itself was spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout my stay. The staff were also exceptional—friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. I had such a great time that I am already looking forward to my next visit.
