"Rooms were clean bed was very comfortable friendly staff would recommend it to others just simple cozy motel room great for overnight stays"

"Clean rooms that are bigger than chain hotels, great location close to downtown."

"Lovely little cottages, just as expected. Within walking distance to restaurants, beaches, ice cream and more! Hosts are very attentive, highly recommend!"

"The stairs are a killer!!! The room was clean for the most part but not deep cleaned, like dust in Corners and window sills. The TV sucks being mounted on the side of the bed, our necks were cramping."

"The home is quite comfortable, clean and offers luxurious bedding, towels, etc. We would definitely stay again. This was the first time I have used the Evolve company, and I had some difficulty understanding their process. My only suggestion is that it would be nice if there was an instruction book at the house explaining cleaning directions before check out, wifi password, etc."

"Very nice little space. Great distance to any shops and beaches"

"I loved that they provided crates for dogs, shower products, lots of bedding extras, tvs in all rooms, many more extras. Everything was great!"

"This is a very clean and comfprtable house that overlooks Lake Huron though there is no beach or access. The area is very quiet. The host was quick to respond to questions. Directions, however following mapquest or google are a little inaccurate. There is no Old Bay Rd. or Becacel rds as given. This was confusing in trying to locate the property-had to text host for more accurate information."
