“The hotel needs updated and the grounds were not well maintained. The room was outdated and dark. The room was clean despite the older amenities and furniture. The staff members were very friendly and helpful during the check-in process. Looks like they are in the process of renovation but not sure how much that will help. This hotel was once the “crown jewel” of hotels in Indiana, PA , but it has become a relic. I guess that you get what you pay for.”

“Coffee was horrible. No breakfast and was $133 for 1 night in mediocre hotel.”

“The hotel was clean and breakfast was good,but I went there because they had a pool,but it was outside and looked like it hadn't been used in years.I ask about it and was told it was closed after Labor day.I ask someone else and they said it wasn't open this year.I don't think it's been open in years.”

“Little to no housekeeping, mattress was slipping off the bed, free breakfast was blah. Location was decent though”

“It's really close by IUP, walking distance. You can basically walk over to the football parking lot and stadium in a few steps. They have Tesla chargers for .22 kWh it looks like. I wish they had a free continental breakfast but with an attached restaurant I suppose that would be difficult. It's a really nice place to stay but a bit pricey. Not sure if that's just the trend for all hotels these days.”

“Dated facility, but clean & pleasant. We returned to this hotel (we stayed here in October 2024) because of the absolutely wonderful free breakfast. Terri remembered us and we want to acknowledge the impact of being greeted each morning with her friendly smile and the abundance of delicious choices. We had other hotel choices, but the value of being comfortable & appreciated made this our #1 choice.”
