“The free hot breakfast was a big plus. The pool was not opened due to waiting for a maintenance part so that was terrible . After not getting our room cleaned they said we had to request it. We requested 2 times. One time they only made one bed and left the other one unmade for some reason. The second time they never cleaned , apparently they are short staffed so we had to get our towels and other goods ourselves . “Employees need to actively respond to overseas customers. Motel users are not just locals. The reason travelers stay in motels is because they want a comfortable rest. There's no reason to stress about them.
