“A very lovely, friendly and comfortable hotel. Staff were super friendly. Restaurant food was great. À la carte breakfast was also very good but there was no fruit offered which I was disappointed with. Times were also a little tight from breakfast, dinner, room cleaning and checkout but it was a small hotel so this is understandable. I would definitely stay here again. Thankyou.”

“Really nice hotel and we really enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful gardens / pool area, however our room was directly above a very noisy kitchen fan which started (and woke us up) before 6.30am and didn’t turn off until 9.30pm.”

“Unfortunately not the quiet family park we hoped for. Superior caravan tired but very clean ( apart from the ovens ) Restaurant a bit disorganised possibly due to summer staff new to the job? Lovely goody box for the dog and kitchen and bed linen spotless. Heating in bathrooms and living area didn't turn off. Privately owned caravan next-door had 3 different groups over 3 days 2 of which liked to party. Left after 4 days as exhausted and fed up.”

“아침식사는 훌륭했어요.부페가 아닌 따뜻한 음식을 직접 조리해서 주니 정말 좋았어요. 그리고 더블룸 small size로 예약했는데 standard room으로 free upgrade 해주셔서 정말 감사했어요. 그리고 호텔시설들은 깔끔하고 쾌적했고 수영장이 정말 좋았어요 수영장내에 작은spa도 있어서 추울땐 거기들어가 있으니 정말 좋았어요.수영장물도 깨끗하고 온도도 적당해서 아이들 쾌적하게 수영할수있겠더라구요. 저는 정말 좋았어요”

“The room was a good size and everything was clean and cleaned every day. We found all the staff including the night porter very helpful. The hotel is in a good location for the beach and bus stops around the island.”

“The hotel is in a great location, it’s clean enough although things like the stair carpet could be replaced as it’s threadbare, but overall clean. The room was one of the cheaper ones, but it’s definitely tiny and the bathroom is awful, no need for a sink that big in such a tiny bathroom. Other than that it’s average. Sadly, the one star is due to the managers attitude, it’s absolutely disgusting and massively passive aggressive. We were woken by staff late at night as the payment hadn’t gone...

“After a long day of emptying a property, we were looking forward to getting to our room and winding down for the night. Upon arrival into the room, it was like an oven opening up the door. It was 30-degree heat outside, and not one window had been left open to help ventilate or keep the room cool. We had to open our main door to try and let some air enter the room as it was absolutely unbearable to stay in there. Then it was time for a shower. We were sweaty and grubby, and I just wanted a nice...

“What a lovely hotel clean modern beautiful rooms great outdoor area with pool had a fab pimm’s at the bar. Excellent staff very helpful/ friendly amazing breakfast can not fault anything will stay again.”

“Loved our stay and so did our dog, especially the doggie sausage for breakfast! I made full use of the swimming pool and hot tub and had it to myself. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We will come back.”

“An amazing experience. Cheryl went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. A small issue with rooms turned into an incredible two night stay thanks to Cheryl. The bar, food and the history all lent to a great mini holiday on the Isle of Wight at Ryde Castle.”

“Room was super hot, and old. Shower was rusty. The bed was the smallest and most uncomfortable bed I've slept in. No one ever available at reception. And to top it all off spent an absolute fortune for one night. Do not recommend at all.”

“Got transfwred to spitbank fort for no extra cost , it small with not much to do but a great pla e recommend one night stay rather than our two night as spitbabk is much smaller”

“everything was good!! not too far from harbor, and there was cleaned but, It was very old hotel, ground floor was Pub, If Ur senstive, don't stay here, cos there is slightly noisy at night”
