“The rooms pictures are not at all matching the actual rooms. The panormaic room on the app does not have the hot tub included in the app neither the promised open seaview. Despite of the efforts of the hotel owner to show us many rooms to choose from, we never got the panoramic room we booked on the app. Instead of the panoramic sea view that is shown in the app,we got a partial Seaview without any possibility to view sunset from our room. Staff is super friendly and the bungalows are super clean and very cute. Breakfast was included and it’s very good. The pool is worm and very clean. The kids didn’t want to leave. “Great place to stay with very spacious rooms. The bathroom needs a bit of upgrading, as it’s hard to adjust the water due to the bathtub setup. It’s very conveniently located within walking distance to the shops. Batroun has a lot to offer 25 minutes to the snow and 30 minutes to Jounieh. The place is very clean, and I highly recommend it”
