“Agua caliente en las duchas no hay”

“They need a better costumer service”

“Great hotel if you are doing a short visit. The hotel is a bit outdated, like some of light fixtures on the lamps were old and rustic, the lounge chairs by beach were not always clean but to be fair it did rain a lot. The staff was really nice and very helpful baltazar was always looking out for my bf and i and just extremely friendly and his service was top notch. The food was delicious we had their ceviche mixto every day!”

“Todo bien!!”

“Service”

“It is peaceful and relaxing ”

“This place was ok, but not very good and the fact that it does not have direct access to the beach is unpractical, but I did like the pool and it was very clean.”

“Always friendly and helpful staff.”
