Search Hotels in Lang Son Province

"There should be more beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach. There is less than 10 umbrellas, for the size of the hotel more is needed. I was here for 3 nights and attempted to get an umbrella on the beach after breakfast and was not able to. "

"The service here is terrible. There are lots of locals from Saigon that come to this hotel and is very loud. My room had a water leak, nothing was done about it. I requested two bottles of water from room service and was told there would be a charge. But if I dialed reception and requested there would be no charge?!?. So I requested it from the receptionist and was still charged when I checked out. The breakfast buffet is underwhelming. This does not meet a 5 star standard, I would say it's a two star at best. Would not recommend this hotel."

"The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location close to town centre and river. Reception kindly helped me book a cheaper transfer to Hanoi than I was able to find online. Rooms were turned down each day with fresh water provided."
