“Chose to stay 30 minutes from our venue due to the hotel and amenities advertised. Beautiful pool and hot tub on the site of this location however, after checking in, we discovered there was no operating pool that had not been working 8 months! Also no hot tub as it had been filled in with concrete since 2020! The mattress in our room was very old, warn, lumpy, and uncomfortable! “Clerk did not inform us that you needed to use a power switch at the front door to use the TV and we couldn't use the phone system it wouldn't call to the front desk so I had to walk to the front desk to take care of issue. The toilet seat also was broken it wasn't attached on one side and the seat was too big for the toilet”

“The staff was very nice. It’s lovely they allow dogs. The property needs some work, the room itself was not great The beds were incredibly lumpy and in need of upgrade. The room was clean though and it had a refrigerator and microwave. I wouldn’t expect breakfast on site as an “amenity” as it was very limited with fruit (maybe they ran out of food?). The only amenity besides two extra rolls of toilet paper and a bar of soap. The staff was very nice and for their hospitality I give them three...

“First room smelled like smoke. 2nd room had nasty mold in the shower. I demanded a refund. Disgusting. This place should be shut down.”

“Started off with a broken elevator, which was not disclosed until after the check in process was complete. Once we get to the room we see small ants in the bed, the shower, and the sinks. The furniture in the room was dirty and worn. There was no towel/mat for the bathroom floor after showers and there was hair and dirt on the floor behind the toilet. The bed was a bit too firm and the pillows flat, all of that made for an unacceptable experience.”
